Welcome to Community-Led. Each week we connect founders to dozens of early adopters and technology executives in fast growing startups and Fortune 500 companies. This newsletter surfaces the most interesting insights and conversations across the >1,200 members of the Decibel community every month. Let’s dive in!

One Big Trend Worth Your Time

“There is dust in the air…”

This ^ was perhaps the best description I have heard recently about the reality of the summer of 2022. The magnitude of leadership and organizational change taking place is significant. Whether caused by restructurings and layoffs or opportunistic new roles, the number of leaders changing seats is hard to keep up with and is causing disruption and reprioritization across enterprise organizations. Of course, with such change and disruption comes tremendous opportunity as new directions are set and goals outlined.

Our Decibel community of early adopter enterprise leaders are maintaining perspective during 2022’s macro market, geopolitical and climate challenges as demonstrated by ongoing IT spend with software “leading the charge”. We continue to see interest and demand for software solutions which increase developer productivity, efficiently leverage data and lower business friction/enable more productive AI/ML. Whether looking for the best engineering excellence platform for enterprise DevOps environments (Propelo) or enabling your developers to consume data from any data source, organize it into consistent metrics, and use it with every app (Cube.dev), the enterprise infrastructure space is ripe with solutions that are ready now. It is an exciting time and as the dust settles we are sure the fall will continue to bring opportunities to harness the fresh energy that comes from new beginnings.

The Watercooler: What we’re hearing in the Community

An Inside Look at Innovation - Push Security

With the hundreds of cloud apps scattered across companies today, it can be difficult to stay secure. More connections ultimately increase the attack surface for unauthorized users. The Push Security founding team set out to reduce security vulnerabilities without adding more layers of complexity and noise for enterprise security teams.

From that emerged Push Security, a new cybersecurity company that uses conversational AI to help users protect themselves while using SaaS applications at work. Push deploys in a few clicks, detects without any provisioning, and uses existing business communication platforms to nudge users to take small actions to secure themselves and their firms. Push’s user-centric model puts easy adoption of security at the forefront, intending to provide security solutions that protect and engage users in ways that were previously not possible. Through a preventative approach, Push hopes to prevent cybersecurity issues before push comes to shove.
